These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between SOL Jewelry and customers through this online store.
2. Products
SOL Jewelry offers handmade jewelry and accessories.
Because our products are handmade and may contain natural or individually selected materials such as beads and pearls, slight variations in color, shape, size, pattern or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the individual nature of handmade products and do not constitute a defect where the product otherwise corresponds to its description.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen and device settings.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not itself constitute a legally binding offer.
Customers can select products and add them to their shopping cart. Before submitting an order, customers have the opportunity to review and correct their order information.
By clicking the final button that clearly indicates that the order creates an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart.
After an order has been placed, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation. The contract is concluded when we accept the order in accordance with the information provided during the checkout and ordering process.
We reserve the right to reject an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or the information supplied for the order is materially incorrect.

Delivery times stated on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will process and ship orders within the delivery periods communicated to the customer, subject to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits the customer's statutory rights regarding delivery, damaged goods, lost shipments or other consumer protections.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Customers are asked to contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered.
