Return and Refund Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, for example by email.

It is sufficient that you send your notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at valeriavalladaresmolina@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where an exception provided by law applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible item in accordance with the rules above and place a new order separately.
