Order Processing

All SOL Jewelry pieces are handmade and prepared with care. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping within Germany

We ship throughout Germany. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping within the European Union

We also offer shipping to selected European Union countries. Available destinations and the applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Germany: approximately 2–5 business days

Other EU countries: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the shipping carrier, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
